SUBJECT: -INVITATION OF BIDS
The office of the Chief Conservator of Forests Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from the financially
stable registered firms/suppliers having valid certificate and registration from SECP/PEC/District
Registrar in the relevant code and category for procurement of following supplies under the FWF funded
project titled “Provision of Missing Items for Establishment of Communication System at Sensitive
Check Posts”: -

2. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs.
4000/- (not refundable) during any working day as per following terms and conditions: -
i. Bidding documents shall be issued to the Govt. Contractors/Firms in person on production of
original CNIC, Registration with PEC and renewal fee receipt 2023-24.
ii. Contractors/Firms should provide 5% bid security as mentioned above in shape of CDR, Pay
Order, Demand Draft, or Call deposit in the name of Chief Conservator of Forests GB from any
Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
iii. Bid security (CDRs, Pay Orders, Call deposits etc) shall be verified from the relevant bank. In case
of any fraud or fake document, the Bidder shall be black listed straightaway.
iv. Bidding documents shall not be issued to the firms who have delayed already awarded projects
by any department of GB Government or who have black listed from any Government
institution or semi Govt. institution.
v. Conditional bids shall not be accepted.
vi. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage-One Envelope procedures as specified in the
Public Procurement Rules (GB PPRA 2022).
vii. For obtaining any further information or clarifications regarding tender, contact the
undersigned during office hours of working days.
viii. No Bid document shall be issued on the bid opening date.
ix. This advertisement is also available on the PPRA website and official website
www.fwegb.gov.pk
x. Unbalance/irritational quoted rates will be dealt as per rule/policy mentioned in bidding
document.
xi. The Department has the rights to accept or reject any one or all bids or proposals at any time
prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal under clause-36 (1) of GB Public Procurement Rules
2022.
